Mountain Biking
The Lake Tahoe area offers unsurpassed options for mountain bikers of all skill levels. A variety of single track trails and dirt roads start high above the basin and provide an opportunity for a perfect all, or mostly down hill ride. You can also choose a full day loop that includes up and down hill or a leisurely tour along the Truckee River bike path. Whatever you choose, the forested trails and views of the lake will provide the perfect backdrop for your ride. In addition, we will cover the natural and human history relevant to the ride. Also, you can combine mountain biking with other activities. Our mountain biking and kayaking trip is very popular. Seasonal conditions will determine which trails are clear and rideable.
